Vicky is an experienced UK registered clinical and public health dietitian. She believes that nutrition is the basis of all good health, and that the first 1000 days of a child’s life are the foundation of everything to come. She is passionate about maternal nutrition during pregnancy and breastfeeding, as well as about timely and adequate introduction of complementary foods for little ones. Vicky has lived and worked in Argentina, England, South Africa, Kenya, Uganda and Italy, where she gave birth to her son. She is now based in the south east of England working in the NHS.
