Ella is a mum of 3 energetic boys and is passionate about nutrition for families, especially after experiencing first hand the restorative power of food, after healing herself (using only food & supplements) from Post Natal Depression after her 3rd son was born.

She loves nothing more than empowering other mothers/carers with the confidence to heal their own families using natures medicine.

 She understands first hand the needs of parents & carers – the time, energy and financial constraints, and works  creatively to each individuals’ needs to ensure each person a tailored programme.

Her approach is supportive and accessible – offering parents the right balance of clinical information and personal guidance to ensure a successful outcome.

 She lives in London with her Italian husband and bilingual children.
